Tips for Mental Wellness During COVID-19 Restrictions
I’m going to a little off course here from my original plan as it seems this COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic is going to be sticking around for awhile.
But wont self-care make me get LESS done?
Self-care doesn't make you selfish and it also doesn't make your productivity worse. In fact, it will help you accomplish more than you ever have. Sounds counter productive but its not.
